This Glossary is part of the (i) Stages Terms of Use; (ii) Privacy Policy; and (iii) Cookies Policy (which jointly shall be defined as “Stages Terms and Policies”).

It lists the meanings of the expressions that start with capital letters in Stages Terms and Policies. We suggest that you read the following definitions.


Apple Store: Third-party digital distribution platform for mobile applications developed and operated by Apple Inc. It is the official application store for Apple's iOS and iPadOS operating system.

Audience: Individuals who accessed as anonymous or registered users at Creator’s Online Video Store, adhering to the Terms of Use for Audience, in order to follow, watch and interact with Creators and their Content.

Content: Any video, audio, text, software, Data, etc. created by Creator or licensed to Creator by third-parties and made available by Creators on Their Online Video Store, subject to the provisions of the Terms.

Cookies: Cookies are small text files or computer code stored locally on your device that allow Us, ad networks, and our third-party service providers, to identify your browser and/or device as You browse the Internet.

Corporate Data: Data related to a company, such as corporate name, corporate address, internal revenue registration number, etc.

Creators: Individuals (who must be at least 13 years old), sole proprietors or legal entities that produce or license Content through an Online Video Store.

Creator’s Stage Account or Profile: Personal account or profile created by Creator to get access to Stages Editor.

Data: All data (regardless of whether it is considered Personal Data) with any connection with the use and access to Stages and/or Online Video Store.

Google Play: Third-party digital distribution service for applications, games, movies, television shows, music, and books, developed and operated by Google. It is the official application store for the Android operating system.

Minutes Pack: Minutes pack accessible to Creators upon purchase of a Minutes Pack Fee that will grant Creators with access to Video Uploading Minutes and Video Viewing Minutes

Minutes Pack Fee: Software license fee paid by Creators additionally to the Monthly Subscription Fee in order to have access to Minutes Pack.

Monthly Subscription Plan: Software license granted by VIDEOSTAGE to Creators on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Stages Editor and upon payment of the Monthly Subscription Fee.

Monthly Subscription Fee: Software license fee paid by Creators on a month-to-month basis upon hiring of a Monthly Subscription Plan.

Merchant: Creators with at least 18 years old, who monetize their Content in their Online Video Store. Such monetization may be subject to fees, charged by the Payment Providers.)

Online Video Store: Creator’s personal website (available in browser) or application on Google Store/Apple Store (note that Google and Apple had some requirements, for example, age of the developer must be at least 18 years old, etc.) created with the help of Stages on which Creator showcases video Content, engages with the Audience, monetizes the Content.

Payment Provider: Third-party companies that assists Creators to accept a wide range of online payment methods, such as online banking, credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, cash cards, and more, in order to Creators can monetize their Content in their Online Video Store. Payment Provider has its own corresponding licenses and security certifications.

Personal Data: Those who can identify or allow the identification of a natural person, such as name, email, telephone number and other information. For the purposes of Stages Terms and Policies, Personal Data shall be defined as: (i) full name; (ii) address; (iii) e-mail; (iv) phone number; (v) profile picture; (vi) passport numbers; and, (vii)other personal information with applicable law.

Privacy Policy: Dedicated document, which is part of the Stages Terms of Use that describes how VIDEOSTAGE processes (e.g. collect, store, share, transfer or otherwise use) Creators Data related to Creators access and use of Stages.

Stages Editor: Stages dedicated tools that will help Creators to quickly build their own Online Video Store and promote their Content, engage, and interact directly with their Audience around the globe.

Stages Fees: Monthly Subscription Fee, Minutes Pack Fee and/or any other fee charged by Stages.

Stages Terms and Policies: Stages Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

Stages: Set of technologies made available by VIDEOSTAGE under the Terms of Use, including Stages Editor.

Stages Terms of Use: Legal document between VIDEOSTAGE and Creator who wants to use Stages.

Third-Party Content: Any documents, materials, data, or information made available by any third parties on Stages and/or on Online Video Store, which are entirely outside VIDEOSTAGE control.

Video Uploading Minutes: limited amount of minutes granted by VIDEOSTAGE to Creator upon purchase of a Minutes Pack that will enable Creators to upload content to their Online Video Store. Any content uploaded by Creators to their Online Video Store will be deducted from Creators Video Upload Minutes, despite such content being published or not.

Video Viewing Minutes: number of minutes granted by VIDEOSTAGE to Creator upon purchase of a Minutes Pack that will enable Creators’s Audience to view content from Creator’s Online Video Store. Any amount of time one Creator's content is viewed by Audience will be deducted from his/her Creators Video Streaming Minutes.
